Internet of Things

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the inter-network of physical things- contain embedded components which have the ability to sense and response to collect and exchange data with each other and Surroundings.

In early 1800’s Industry 1.0 era we had mechanical power which facilities with help of water, gravitational energy, and steam power, later in last of the 18th century and early 1900’s electrical energy brought the revolution in production, infrastructure and other area’s which was called Industry era 2.0. After mid of 19th-century information technology brought a revolution with help of computer and electronics technology. In industry 3.0 cost of electronics devices decreased rapidly and it directly brought down the cost of automation of product line, daily uses electronic devices, energy and infrastructure devices. In this era, automation had a big success because of electronics devices and information technology.

Why IoT

Nowadays internet of things (IoT) is a growing technology. How good it is when your door can update its Alert message every time someone opens it. A song starts playing when you tweet about it. A fire sensor that automatically sends an E-Mail to the fire department. A bulb, fan, and AC can be switched ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ by scheduling the time simply by pressing on the app button. We would be able to track everything needed repairing, replacing and monitoring all important instruments. Internet of things (IoT) has made its scope vaster. As many of the organizations have deployed IoT based solutions and remain are going to deploy. IoT technology benefits not one but all i.e. individuals, society, businesses etc. IoT is important to take real-time action before an incident occurs.
